We own, maintain, and program 20 Italian Santoni Top2V seamless circular machines on our factory floor. Our internal engineering staff sources raw certified yarns, runs digital CAD knitting patterns, tests color formulations with partner dye mills, and oversees sewing assembly, hand-checking QC, and export packaging directly.
Our standard production MOQ is 1,000 finished pieces per garment style. To support scalable market launches, we offer multi-variant splitting: within your 1,000-unit batch, you can select up to 2 sizes and distribute them across up to 3 custom Pantone colorways (e.g., 500 units in size S/M and 500 units in size L/XL across Black, Forest Green, and Burgundy). Each standalone silhouette requires its own 1,000-piece setup.
Because all Santoni programming and circular knitting happen inside our own facility, prototype sample turnarounds are completed within 5 to 7 working days once yarn specifications and reference silhouettes are finalized. For brands without complete technical tech packs, our design technicians can reverse-engineer an existing benchmark physical sample to create the knitting program.
