Comprehensive Activewear Manufacturing Questions

We are a direct industrial manufacturer with our own manufacturing facility in Beylikdüzü, İstanbul. Production is carried out on our own battery of 20 Santoni Top2V circular knitting machines. We do not stock or trade clearance garments; every single piece is knitted to order, engineered specifically to your branding, dimensions, fabric blend, and colorway requirements.

Our standard production MOQ is 1,000 finished pieces per garment style. To optimize flexibility for inventory distribution, this 1,000-piece production run can be divided into up to 2 size tiers (e.g., 500 Medium and 500 Large) and across up to 3 custom dye shades. Additional styles or distinct yarn structures initiate separate 1,000-piece runs.

We engineer high-performance seamless apparel including high-waist compressive leggings, squat-proof tights, medium-to-high support sports bras, racerback crop tops, bike shorts, unitards, and matching workout sets. Specialized functional elements such as micro-mesh ventilation zones, supportive rib underbands, and ergonomic contouring are programmed directly into the knit matrix rather than assembled from separate cut panels.

We work from completed technical packs or physical benchmark samples. Our in-house textile programmers translate your specifications directly into machine code for our Santoni cylinders. Because CAD conversion and physical knitting occur under our direct control in İstanbul without third-party middle operators, pre-production fit samples are ready for client evaluation in 5 to 7 working days.

Yes. We procure first-grade virgin or GRS-certified recycled Polyamide (Nylon 6 / 6.6), Polyester, and Elastane (Spandex). Colors are accurately matched to your specified Pantone TCX or TPX swatches. Partner dyehouses conduct rigorous lab dips for client approval, followed by colorfastness, washing resistance, and stretch-recovery testing prior to mass dyeing.

Operating in İstanbul places production at a major geographic and commercial crossroads. Shipments reach continental European logistics hubs in 3 to 7 days by road or air freight, eliminating the standard 30 to 45-day ocean transit times from East Asia. Additionally, industrial apparel trade between Turkey and the European Union benefits from established Customs Union bilateral frameworks, simplifying import procedures and reducing duty friction.

Pricing is tailored to the exact engineering variables of each product: yarn count, raw material composition, garment weight (GSM), circular machine run time, knitting structure complexity, dyeing specifications, and custom accessories (heat-transfer silicone branding, woven labels, polybags). We provide transparent, itemized factory quotations based on your project brief.

Expertise & Technical Advice

What to prepare before requesting your quote.

To ensure rapid quoting and flawless sampling turnarounds, preparing the following operational parameters allows our engineering team to review machine feasibility immediately.

1. Technical Specifications

Provide garment measurements, compression targets, waistband height, and desired knit structures (e.g., ribbed, contour, or diamond mesh). If CAD files are unavailable, sending a physical benchmark sample is entirely acceptable.

2. Yarn & Fabric Handfeel

Define your yarn preference—buttery-soft brushed Polyamide, moisture-wicking Polyester blends, or sustainable recycled fibers. Share target GSM weights so the machine gauge (28G) is properly tensioned.

3. Private Label Customization

Identify your labeling requirements early: interior heat-transfer care labels, customized polybags, barcoded hangtags, and custom woven elastic bands are all finalized during pre-production planning.
