Support, compression, mesh ventilation and contour zones are programmed into the knit itself — so fit is engineered stitch by stitch instead of being stitched together afterwards.

Production Process
From selected yarn to the packed order.
Knitting, development and quality control stay under one roof in İstanbul. Dyeing and finishing run with long-standing partner mills, coordinated and inspected by our own team.

Yarn sourcing & colour
We select and source the yarn for your handfeel, stretch and opacity targets, then develop the colour for each style.
- STEP 02
Development & sampling
Your tech pack or reference garment is translated into a machine program. Samples are typically ready in 5–7 days for fit review.
- STEP 03
Seamless knitting
Each garment is knitted in shape as a tube on our 20 Santoni Top2V machines, with support and ventilation zones built in.
- STEP 04
Finishing, QC & export
Dyeing, setting and finishing are tuned to yarn and fit. We inspect the run, pack for export with your labels and ship from İstanbul.

One-piece seamless construction
Garments are knitted to shape on our own Santoni Top2V machines (gauge 28) — the knitting is never outsourced.

Programming and knitting in-house keep samples to around 5–7 days, so fit rounds take days, not months.

Yarn & colour development
We select the yarn for each style and develop colour with our partner dye mills, then check fabric by hand before cutting labels.

See all questionsWe are a manufacturer. We select and source the yarn, knit every order for your brand on our own seamless machines in İstanbul, and run dyeing and finishing with our partner mills. We do not sell ready-made stock, so every style has its own production run and minimum quantities apply.
Our minimum is 1,000 pieces per style. Within those 1,000 pieces you can choose up to 2 sizes and up to 3 colors, for example 500 in size M and 500 in size L split across two colorways. Each additional style has its own 1,000-piece minimum.
Once the style, yarn and colour direction are agreed, samples are typically ready in 5–7 days because programming and knitting happen on our own machines rather than at a subcontractor.

Yes. Most of our work is private-label and OEM production, so the finished product carries your branding, labels, colors and packaging. If you have a reference garment but no finished tech pack, we can develop the product with you.
Our factory is in Beylikdüzü, İstanbul, Türkiye. We ship worldwide; most repeat customers are brands in the United States and Europe, and European orders arrive in days rather than on a six-week ocean booking.
