Established in 2019 in Beylikdüzü, İstanbul, Overfit Seamless operates as an authentic original equipment manufacturer (OEM) dedicated exclusively to circular seamless knitwear. We are not brokers or middlemen; every piece is knitted to order on our own production floor according to your brand's strict technical requirements.
By removing lateral side seams and programming support, breathability, and contour structures directly into the matrix of the yarn, we empower modern fitness, wellness, and lifestyle brands with superior functional garments that eliminate friction, maximize stretch recovery, and maintain dimensional stability through rigorous laundering cycles.
Manufacturing Excellence
From raw technical microfibers to custom-packaged export deliveries, our integrated workflow eliminates subcontracting bottlenecks and ensures rigorous batch consistency.
Our workshop houses 20 state-of-the-art Santoni Top2V 28-gauge circular knitting machines. Each machine executes customized CAD pattern files for multi-density compression, graduated ribbing, and open-mesh ventilation without cutting waste.
We source certified Polyamide 6.6, regenerated Q-NOVA polyamides, moisture-wicking micro-polyesters, and high-recovery elastanes. Yarns undergo tension and elongation testing before knitting commences to guarantee squat-proof opacity and soft tactile handfeel.
Working hand-in-hand with OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified dye facilities, we achieve strict Pantone matching with high colorfastness against sweat, friction, and UV exposure. Fabric setting and thermal stabilizing prevent dimensional shrinkage.

Every batch undergoes inline multi-point inspection. We examine weight per square meter (GSM), burst strength, 4-way stretch recovery, stitch integrity, and dimensional tolerance against the client-approved pre-production sample.
